Access Guide
Sign Up/Log In Options
Access the Moncrieff Client Portal using the button above. You can sign in using your Microsoft account (make sure that your Microsoft credentials are registered with Moncrieff beforehand);
or via ConnectWise Single Sign-On (select Sign Up to create a new ConnectWise SSO account).
Access Levels
The Portal has six access levels:
- Default Role - By default new users will have limited access to the portal (Contact the Service Desk to enable additional access).
- Ticket-Read Only - Can view tickets assigned to their organisation but cannot log or manage them.
- Standard User - Can log and manage their own tickets and quotes.
- Ticket Manager - Can manage their own tickets and tickets for all users.
- Billing Admin - Can manage their own tickets, view reports and pay invoices.
- Full Admin - Can manage all tickets, reports, invoices, quotes, and users within their organisation.
Welcome to the Client Portal
You should now have access to the Client Portal dashboard. The Portal is available 24/7 and provides access to quotes, projects and invoices with a secure payment gateway to make individual and recurring payments all from one integrated platform.
Navigate to the left-hand sidebar to access Quotes, Tickets, Assets, Invoices, Agreements, Projects, Links, and Users.
Quick Access
The Quick Access section provides users with an easy way to reach the various screens within the portal.
Navigate to the left-hand sidebar to access Quotes, Tickets, Assets, Invoices, Agreements, Projects, Links, and Users.
Essential Items
A quickview of Tickets, Invoices and Quotes can also be found in the Home tab under Essential Items to Review.
Logging a Service Ticket
Go to the Tickets page and clicking Create Ticket. As the engineer updates the Ticket status, it will provide you with live updates.
When you log a request, a unique Ticket Number is generated and allocated for tracking. Your ongoing Ticket status will be emailed to you until completion.
You can use the Search function to find specific Tickets. The Portal keeps a recprd of all Support Tickets, including those logged directly by Moncrieff team members.
Invoices & Quotes
The Portal allows you to view your Invoices and Quotes. Just navigate to the left-hand sidebar and find the corresponding tab.
You can make invoice payments through the Portal by selecting the relevant invoice and clicking the WisePay button. This will take you to the WisePay website where you can make the payment securely.
Invoices
When reviewing invoices the following fields are displayed:
- Invoice Number
- Due Date
- Paid Status
- Invoice Total
Quotes
When reviewing quotes the following fields are displayed:
- Quote Number
- Open/Closed Status
Logging Out
To log out of the Portal:
1. Click the circle with your initials in the bottom left corner;
2. Select Log Out
Moncrieff Service Hours
- 7.30am - 5.00pm Monday - Friday (excl. public holidays)
- Outside regular business hours – Available as required when you pre-book
- After hours maintenance windows – Arranged in advance.
